The invention provides the application of echinacein in the preparation of vanillin receptor 3-channel anti-instantaneous receptor potential treatment products for pruritus. Calcium fluorescence method and manual patch clamp technique were used to confirm the inhibitory effect of echinarin on vanillin receptor 3 channel of transient receptor potential. The half inhibitory concentration IC50 of echinarin on vanillin receptor 3 channel of transient receptor potential was 14.7 +0.6 um. Echinacein is a specific inhibitor of vanillin receptor 3 channel of transient receptor potential. The anti-pruritus activity of echinarin was evaluated by mouse skin pruritus model. Echinarin has anti-pruritus effect on histamine-induced acute pruritus in mice. Echinacein is a vanillin receptor 3 channel inhibitor of transient receptor potential. It can be used to prepare products that inhibit vanillin receptor 3 channel of transient receptor potential to treat pruritus.
