The side of the cutter box body is provided with two circular cutter holes with dislocation distribution, corresponding to two cutter box bodies with cutter holes, which are provided with screw holes for the installation of pressing screw; the positioning and contact parts of the cutter box body and the lathe turret are provided with a right-angle table. The two vertical planes at the junction of the step and the tool box body are the two lateral positioning planes which are rectangular distribution and contact with the lathe turret positioning; the two sides of the concave step are the positioning end planes; the tool box and the lathe turret are positioned in two directions through the positioning end face and the lateral positioning surface; the upper and lower planes of the step are the compacting planes of the lathe turret compacting the tool box. 如图1所示是航天产品中的典型零件,该零件需要加工的部位有端面、外圆、内孔、端面槽、内孔退刀槽、内螺纹。加工该零件共需要5把刀:35°外圆车刀、端面切槽刀、内孔镗刀、内孔切槽刀、螺纹车刀。如图2所示,四工位数控车床只有4个工位,最多只能装4把刀。现有加工方案是:如图3所示,刀塔四个工位上分别装1把内孔镗刀、1把内孔切槽刀、1把35°外圆车刀、1把端面切槽刀,装夹工件,加工工件端面、外圆、端面槽、内孔、退刀槽,加工完毕后,拆下内孔镗刀,在同一工位上装螺纹车刀,加工内螺纹。每加工1件产品都需要重复上述加工步骤。现有加工方法存在以下两个方面的缺点:(1)每加工1件产品,都需要重复拆装刀具。上述加工方案降低了生产效率,增加了工人的劳动强度。对于批生产而言,这是非常不利的。(2)每拆装一次刀具,都需要重新对刀,两次对刀之间必然存在误差,这不利于保证产品质量和产品一致性。
