A method to promote the growth of Flue-cured Tobacco Seedlings by floating seedling cultivation is introduced. (1) At the cross stage, flue-cured tobacco seedlings are sprayed with 1000-1500 times of environmental enzyme solution on the seedbed, 1_2 times at one week interval. (2) During the rooting stage, environmental enzymes are added into the nutrient solution of the seedling pond, and the concentration of nutrient enzymes is 1000-1500 times, and the seedlings are sprayed with 500-700 times of environmental enzymes. Bed, spray 2 - 3 times, one week interval each time. The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the use of environmental friendly enzymes can obviously promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco floating seedlings. The accumulation of dry matter in flue-cured tobacco seedlings increases by 0.12 g/plant, the number of leaves increases by 0.2 pieces, the plant height increases by 1.03 cm, the stem circumference increases by 0.12 cm, the root volume increases by 24.15%, the leaf area increases by 38.15%, and the seedling growth rate increases by more than 10%.
