现有技术中的阀门有多种，如球阀、蝶阀、闸板阀等，这些阀门，像球阀，蝶阀主要针对液体闸控，用于气体闸控显得十分笨重，价格高昂，密封性也不够。闸板阀用在气态流体的开启和闭合时，由于结构的原因，根本不能实现密封功能，且大口径的阀门很少，成本昂贵。目前，井口装置、节流压井管汇和输油输气管道用的平板阀有以闸板分有两种型式：一种是闸板带流道孔，如图1a所示；另一种是不带流道孔，如图1b所示。带流道孔平板阀的流道孔11设置在平板阀阀板1的下部，阀板1和阀腔3之间通过阀座2密封，流道孔11与阀腔3不在同一轴线上，阀板1封堵阀腔3，平板阀关闭，阀板1上移至流道孔11与阀腔3在同一轴线时，平板阀打开。此种形式的平板阀虽然能够保证平板阀的密封性能，但是由于其加长了阀板的长度，导致平板阀整体体积增大、成本提高、搬运不方便、不利于现场操作。不带流道孔的平板阀，由于阀座2’是通过阀板1’与阀腔3’的外壳顶推作用将平板阀密封的，受阀腔3’与阀座2’的间隙影响，平板阀的开关，造成该结构平板阀密封性能不稳定。
