多轮力矩器制造技术

一种多轮力矩器，其机壳(101；201)两侧设置有端盖(110,118；213,220)，两端盖(110,118；213,220)中心分别设置有输入轴(108；210)和输出轴(119；221)，输入轴(108；210)上固定有中心齿轮(107；223)，中心齿轮(107；223)啮合传动机构中星齿轮运动，星齿轮啮合齿圈(104；207；207a,207b)运动，星齿轮围绕中心齿轮(107；223)运动，星齿轮带动转盘(117；219)运动，转盘(ll7；219)中心固定输出轴(119；221)，输出轴(119；221)连接负载端，所述多轮力矩器实现了输出力矩大，机械效率高，可用作汽车、火车的动力传动设备等其它机械传动设备。

A multi-wheel torquer is provided with end covers (110,118;213,220) on both sides of the chassis (101;201) and input shafts (108;210) and output shafts (119;221) at the center of the two end covers (110,118;213,220). The input shafts (108;210) are fixed with central gears (107;223), and the central gears (107;223) are meshed with star gears in the meshing transmission mechanism, and the star gears meshing ring (104;207;207a,207b) are transported. The star gear moves around the center gear (107; 223), the star gear drives the turntable (117; 219), the center fixed output shaft (119; 221) of the turntable (ll7; 219), and the output shaft (119; 221) connects the load end. The multi-wheel torquer realizes high output torque and high mechanical efficiency, and can be used as other mechanical transmission equipment such as power transmission equipment of automobiles and trains.
