The gas inlet of the box is connected, and the LED lamp tube is arranged on the top of the culture box for irradiating the culture box to provide light source for photosynthesis of tissue culture seedlings of Catalpa bungeana. In this method, tissue culture seedlings of Catalpa bungeana were cultured on sugar-free medium. Carbon dioxide was used as carbon source instead of sugar. Tissue culture seedlings of Catalpa bungeana grew autotrophically through photosynthesis.
