In view of the problems existing in the drying process of Baiji slices, the present invention combines with modern drying technology, and by comparing the indexes of the drying rate, the content of Baiji polysaccharide and the intrinsic viscosity of Baiji slices under different technological conditions, such as steaming slices and raw slices, slices thickness of 0.1 cm and 0.2 cm, drying and vacuum freeze-drying, etc., explores the optimal vacuum freeze-drying process of Baiji slices. The standardized technological parameters of drying Baiji slices were obtained. It improves the drying technology of Baiji Decoction pieces, and provides research methods and ideas for the modern drying technology of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
