一种文本和语音信息的处理方法，用于改善现有技术中存在的文本内容与语音内容不同步的情况，包括：识别目标图片中的文本信息；提取所述文本信息的第一关键信息，所述第一关键信息包括文本关键词集合和各文本关键词对应的词频；获取所述文本信息对应的语音文件；若所述文本关键词对应的词频大于阈值，则将所述语音文件映射至所述目标图片中的第一预设坐标位置处。本方法改善现有技术中存在的文本内容与语音内容不同步的情况。
