The invention provides a high-pressure single-chamber side pressure meter probe, which comprises a hollow steel tube and a cylindrical rubber film. The hollow steel tube is welded with two opposite rigid rings. The hollow steel tube passes through the rubber film. The two ends of the rubber film are respectively bonded to the inner end faces of the two rigid rings. A measuring cavity is formed between the hollow steel tube and the rubber film, and a rubber film is formed. A number of vertical strip steel sheets are bonded to the outer wall. All the steel sheets have bending parts at both ends of the rubber film. The hollow steel tube is threaded at both ends to connect a piece of cap. The two pieces of caps press two rigid rings separately. The bending parts at both ends of the steel sheets hold the piece of cap upward. The hollow steel tube is provided with a water pipeline connected with the measuring chamber. The water pressure in the cavity is measured by measuring the water injection through the water pipe. The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the steel sheet restrains the expansion of the probe of the side pressure gauge toward both ends, so that the probe of the side pressure gauge can only realize radial expansion, and the measurement result is more real and accurate, which meets the stringent requirements of the side pressure test for the elastic film and avoids frequent replacement of the elastic film.
