永磁同步电机总装机，由安装架组件、电机外壳定位装置、上下移动装置、产品转子安装装置、控制装置构成。所述安装架组件包括由铝型材组成一个机架，其下部设有脚杯安装板（2），用于装配脚杯（3）。所述产品电机外壳定位装置包括平板（4）、装在该平板上的定位盘（5）、该定位盘上的定位销（6）、由此定位销定位安装的回转气缸。上下移动装置包括立板（10），其上装有三个直线轴承安装板（14）。直线轴承安装板（14）上装有单衬型带法兰直线轴承（15）。后平板（18）上方装有竖直的直线轴（19），在其顶部，后立板（20）上装有水平的气缸安装板（25），其上装有与直线轴对正的气缸（23）。在气缸下面的直线轴上套装有浮动接头（24）。

The upper and lower moving device comprises a vertical plate (10), and is equipped with three linear bearing mounting plates (14). The linear bearing mounting plate (14) is provided with a single lining type linear bearing with flange (15). A vertical straight axis (19) is mounted above the rear plate (18), and a horizontal cylinder mounting plate (25) is mounted on the top of the rear plate (20), on which a cylinder (23) aligned with the straight axis is mounted.
