燃煤火电厂一般采用燃油作为辅助燃料,在机组调试、启动,以及某些特殊工况(如低负荷)下投用。电厂燃油绝大多数采用的是柴油。电厂燃油系统的用途,一般有如下几处:1、主锅炉点火时用;2、主锅炉助燃或稳燃时用;3、若采用燃油型启动锅炉,可供燃油启动锅炉用。为此,电厂一般均设置有燃油系统。也会专门设置一块场地用作油区,包括:卸油泵(将外来油卸至油罐);油罐(燃油的储存);供油泵(将燃油供至用油点—主锅炉和启动炉);以及污油处理间、电控间等相关设施。如图1所示的燃油系统的运行机理,用户用油时,供油泵2将油罐1的油供至主机锅炉3或启动锅炉4。锅炉不用油时,油系统要热备用,即供油泵2将油从油罐1抽出来供至主机锅炉3的接口处,但不进入主机锅炉3,而是通过旁路5进入第一回油管路30,回至油罐1,这个过程为打油循环。以满足锅炉需要用油时,可以即刻投用燃油,避免锅炉灭火。此外,为了调节供油泵2出力,还会在供油泵2出口设一路再循环管道,通过再循环旁路阀6走第三回油管路60回一部分或全部燃油至油罐1。电厂燃油系统需要控制燃油温度,一般最高不超过闭口闪点减10℃(否则有爆炸风险),最低不低于凝点加5~10℃(否则可能凝固,失动流动性)。以0#轻柴油(凝点0℃,闭口闪点55℃)为例,要求燃油系统的温度始终处于5~45℃之间。故而一般冬天需要对燃油进行加热,防止凝固。而夏天需要给燃油进行冷却,否则有爆炸风险。对于部分南方的电厂,一般不存在凝固的问题,只考虑夏季降温即可。对于部分极北方的电厂,可能不存在温度超 ...
