数据传输方法和设备技术

本申请实施例提供了一种数据传输方法和设备，能够在不增加终端的天线的基础上，可以达到更高阶数的MIMO传输的效果，可以实现5G所需的上行传输速率。该方法包括：第一终端确定第一时频资源、第一传输格式、第二时频资源和第二传输格式；所述第一终端利用所述第一传输格式，在所述第一时频资源上，向第二终端发送待发送数据中的第一数据，以便于所述第二终端向网络设备发送所述第一数据，所述待发送数据为需要发送至所述网络设备的数据；所述第一终端利用所述第二传输格式，在所述第二时频资源上，向所述网络设备发送所述待发送数据中的第二数据。
