The invention discloses a filament making process which can improve cigarette smoking comfort, including the following technological steps: first loosening moisture regain, selecting leaf and second loosening moisture regain, then screening and feeding the leaf after premixing, and then feeding the leaf after storing, cutting, warming and humidifying the leaf, drying the leaf after pre-drying. Mixed and pre-mixed tobacco leaves were stored to produce silk alcohol and modules. After the same steps, silk alcohol and modules were added to the premixed tobacco leaves and then stored after flavoring. Replacing soft water with activated water is conducive to improving cigarette taste and reducing dry and astringent sensation of the mouth. The sensory comfort scores of cigarettes such as oral irritation, oral aftertaste, laryngeal irritation, nasal fumes and smoke sensation were increased by 2.9%-17.3%. Secondary moisture regain removes the impurities that affect the smoke. As the blending mode, the leaf silk alcohol and the module can effectively improve the internal quality of the leaf silk and enhance the comfort of the cigarette smoking process.
