CN104330072B一种基于RS-485通讯的连续测量分层沉降传感器是本申请人2014年申请的专利,该专利分层沉降传感器的结构如图3所示,包括管壳、上堵头、下堵头、吊环、测量电路板及通讯电路板,在管壳的上端及下端分别封装上堵头及下堵头,在上堵头的顶面及下堵头的底面分别径向对称固装一对吊环,在管壳内安装有通讯电路板和测量电路板,在测量电路板上布有均匀间隔的磁感应器件,在通讯电路板上连接RS-485通讯线,该RS-485通讯线从上堵头穿出。测量系统如图4所示,测量系统包括导向管、分层沉降传感器、钢丝及固定堵头,该导向管的底部敞开,顶部通过一固定堵头密封,在导向管内至上而下同轴间隔串联多个分层沉降传感器,在上下相邻的两传感器的吊环上连接钢丝,在最下端传感器的底部吊环上通过钢丝连接一个或多个牵拉重物,最上端传感器通过顶部吊环与固定堵头间钢丝连接,而且,每一传感器的RS-485通讯线均从导向管顶部固定堵头的通孔内穿出,与地面的数据采集传送系统连接。上述专利的缺点是安装特别不方便,每个传感器都会单独出一条通讯线通到上面,导致在导向管内存在多条通讯线,管内空节非常拥挤。而且,传感器的重量较轻,需要在最底端的吊环上通过钢丝连接一个或多个牵拉重物,也是一个不稳定的因素。
