提供了数据传输的方法，包括：终端设备接收第一DCI和第二DCI，其中，所述第一DCI用于调度所述终端设备在目标载波中接收使用第一TTI传输的第一PDSCH，第二DCI用于调度所述终端设备在所述目标载波中接收使用第二TTI传输的第二PDSCH，且所述第一TTI小于所述第二TTI，所述第一PDSCH与所述第二PDSCH在时间资源上至少部分重叠；确定所述第一DCI和所述第二DCI的优先级关系；根据所述优先级关系，在所述目标载波中接收所述第一PDSCH或所述第二PDSCH。本发明专利技术实施例所提供的方法能够在同一个载波内动态支持多个TTI进行数据传输，终端设备可以确定一个载波中的传输信道的优先级，该方法既能够满足时延的要求，又能够兼顾与现有系统的兼容性。
