渗透汽化,是利用液体混合物中各组分在膜内溶解和扩散性质的差异而达到分离的目的。渗透汽化是有相变的膜过程,膜的上游为料液,下游透过侧为蒸气,对于常规方法分离困难或费用较高的体系,如近沸点体系、恒沸体系、混合体系中某些微量组分的脱除等,渗透汽化具有较高的分离效率。目前,渗透汽化主要用于有机溶剂脱水、水中少量有机物的脱除、有机/有机混合体系的分离、膜反应器(除去酯化或缩合反应体系中的水)等。在渗透汽化过程中,料液在一定温度下与膜接触,易渗透组分被膜选择性吸附溶解并透过膜,在膜的透过侧被冷凝收集,从而将混合液有效分离。渗透汽化膜组件多以板框式为主,由盖板、膜框、流道板、支撑板、齿板条、膜、螺栓、螺母等部件组成,结构复杂,制造比较困难,成本高,拆卸不方便,混合状况有待进一步改善,不适合用于实验室中渗透汽化膜的性能评价。
