The mixture of zinc acetate and silver acetate is used as the precursor of the nucleation, and the Ag doped ZnSe nanocrystalline nucleus is obtained by adding the highly active sodium hydrogen hydrate at 80 degrees Celsius, and the mixed solution of zinc acetate and manganese acetate is used as the shell. The Mn precursor was doped with sodium sulfide at 80? 100 degrees Celsius, and the ZnS shell was obtained. Zinc acetate, silver acetate and manganese acetate are low cost and easy to control reaction speed. Only a small amount of alkaline solution can be added to adjust the pH value to the strong alkaline range.
