一种滤波单元及滤波器制造技术

一种滤波单元(60)，该滤波单元(60)包括：采用两个慢波谐振单元(3)相互耦合，每个慢波谐振单元(3)采用CPW传输线(10)、渐变式CPW传输线及(20)接地枝节(40)组成，可以产生慢波特性，将基带信号的高次谐波推向高频，来实现宽阻带特性；另外利用慢波效应，合理设计滤波器尺寸还能减小滤波器的整体面积，降低成本，并且采用两个慢波谐振单元(3)耦合能增强滤波器通带性能，增加带宽，增大通带内的平坦度与减小插入损耗。
