The mist eliminator (2.9) is finally discharged to the atmosphere from the cooling and purifying exhaust vent (2.10) at the top of the cooling and purification device (2.1), and the seawater after the high temperature flue gas is washed through the liquid accumulation pool (2.6) in the lower part of the cooling and purification unit (2.1) and discharged into the sea. A cooling and purifying device is also disclosed.
