为提高冰箱产品回气温度，减少凝露现象的产生，并提高产品效率，一般产品都设置有回气换热装置。如图1所示，为目前冰箱的常规蒸发器设置，由一根换热管1折弯构成。如图2所示，为目前冰箱制冷系统中设置的回气管组件，由毛细管5与回气管2采用焊接或铝箔胶带3包裹的方式并在一起构成。如图3所示，生产过程中再把回气管组件通过连接管4与蒸发器的第二端焊接在一起。但上述方法存在以下缺陷：回气管组件上有多个焊点6，且回气管组件与蒸发器出口进行焊接，但无法保证全部焊点6焊接完好；另外，由于焊点6在冰箱发泡层内，一旦泄露，产品必须报废，无法维修，造成无法挽回的重大经济损失。
