内窥镜泛指经各种管道进入人体,以观察人体内部状况的医疗仪器。根据人体的不同部位具有不同结构的内窥镜。其中,针对于泌尿系统或女性宫腔的内窥镜(输尿管镜、膀胱镜、宫腔镜等)包括镜体和治疗设备(激光光纤、活检钳、异物钳等),治疗设备一般从镜体中的内腔置入,为保持手术中视野清晰,往往需从镜体的内腔泵入冲洗液,如生理盐水,当镜体内腔的液压过高时,冲洗液体液、血液可从镜体后端的治疗设备置入口射出至手术者身上,因此在治疗设备置入口连接有防止冲洗液或体液流出的防水装置。现有技术中的防水装置包括柔性套体,柔性套体常为前端开口的空心圆柱状,前端开口与镜体上的治疗设备进入口连接,后端为薄层结构,该薄层结构的中间开设有便于治疗设备进入的小孔,现有技术中的防水装置虽然能起到一定的防水效果,但是由于薄层结构小孔容易发生变形与扩大,在治疗设备通过防水装置后端小孔进入镜体及人体内腔后,常需泵入冲洗液保持手术视野清晰,当人体内腔与镜体内腔液压过高时,体液、血液及冲洗液可从防水装置后端小孔与治疗设备之间的缝隙射出,且体液或冲洗液射出是不规则的,容易射到医护人员手上、脸上,造成污染,甚至有受到传染病感染的风险。
