现有氯碱企业废硫酸提浓工艺采用的设备是电加热式蒸发釜,蒸发釜内的加热管束是搪瓷管束内套电加热棒,实现硫酸加热。国内氯碱企业仅有一家废硫酸提浓装置,在新疆伊犁南岗化工公司,而这样的设备存在几大缺陷:一是加热管束的选材不理想,钢衬搪瓷在温度315℃以内较稳定,超过315℃就容易出现爆瓷,爆瓷后高温浓硫酸轻易就腐蚀掉骨架金属;二是受加热棒的加热功率不一致,加热棒与搪瓷衬管传热接触面不同,各处温度存在差别,有的地方温度高有的地方温度低不易被监测,出现了爆瓷也不容易发现;三是复杂的温度控制保护措施,为了保护加热棒温度过高对搪瓷管束的破坏,设置了复杂的温度控制保护设施;四是管束和管板咬合连接,整体性太强,一旦出现局部损坏,就得把整个加热管束和管板同时更换掉,废时废力更废钱不说,检修难度大。
技术实现思路
为了克服蒸发釜内加热管束的选材不理想和管束管板的连接方式等不足,本专利技术采用新的耐腐蚀材质,并改变原有管束和管板的连接结构,避免了上述设备存在的系列问题。本技术解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:取消设备中管束与管板高精度咬合连接的金属衬搪瓷U型管束,采用新的非金属材质,单根带密封环的石英材质套管替代金属衬搪瓷加热管束。改变原金属衬搪瓷U型管从釜内向外穿插管板咬合连接的形式,改为用单根石英管束,一端封底,另一端密封环制作为双侧密封面的形式,从釜外向釜内方向穿插管板通过压盖密封的连接方式。管板制作为异径梯阶带密封压接面的安装孔,安装孔两侧钻 ...
