柜式新风机制造技术

本实用新型专利技术提供一种柜式新风机，同时设置有污风排放通路、新风过滤通路和室内空气净化通路三种气流处理系统，机体中间部位内设有主风机，主风机上方为导风筒，导风筒内设有高效滤芯；壳体顶部为新风出口；主风机下方壳体上设有室内空气净化入口；机体下部设有热交换芯，热交换芯下设有辅助风机，热交换芯后侧设有与室外相通的新风入口；热交换芯右侧设与室外相通的污风入口；辅助风机后方设有与室外相通的污风排出口；新风入口与热交换芯之间以初效滤片、中效滤片芯相隔；污风入口与热交换芯之间以初效滤片相隔，本方案部件布局合理，减小新风机体积，机体本身构成一个完成的处理系统，仅需要将新风入口和污风排出口用管道与室外连通。
