A flexible fireproof material with a temperature resistant ability not less than 1000 degrees centigrade; the flexible fireproof material is filled with an insulating material between the body of the oil fence and the density of the insulation material is less than the density of the water. The oil fence can prevent the temperature rise of the gas chamber in the oil fence and avoid the explosion of the gas chamber.
