The invention discloses a stone foamed piece. The original manufacturing foam uses spherical sand ball, copper head and the like, and has the disadvantages of uneven foaming, easy blocking, easy corrosion and so on. The use of round stone porous sheets, horizontally placed in foaming liquid, through blowing and foaming, can solve the above drawbacks, improve the quality of foam and make foam stability. The main points of the technical scheme: the porous circular slices with a thickness of 1 to 1.5mm, a diameter of 23 mu m (micron), and a diameter of 5cm are made with the raw materials such as sands and jade sand. 泡沫厕所的关键技术之一是制造泡沫。“泡沫式节水生态厕所”(专利号:ZL201010108750.2)中制造泡沫时,是在“微型坑口发泡器”(专利号:ZL2010101087589)内底部,安装多孔的砂球、铜质小圆柱体(铜头)等,浸泡在发泡液中,吹气通过砂球、铜头来制造泡沫。因为球形的砂球和铜头浸泡在发泡液中,不同部位不在同一平面,微孔吹气制造泡沫时,其浮力有差异,故而制造出的泡沫不够均匀,而且其顶部容易露出发泡液液面,这样长时间露顶之后,液面再升高覆盖铜头,也会造成吹气也发不出泡沫;还有滋生细菌等形成阻塞;铜头易腐蚀、寿命短等缺点。开发新的发泡装置,以提高制造泡沫的质量和工作的稳定性,延长其使用寿命,势在必行。
