汽车滤清器，是过滤杂质或者气体的作用，比较常见的汽车滤清器有：空气滤清器、空调滤清器、机油滤清器、燃油滤清器，相对应的每种滤清器基本都是过滤空气或者液体的杂质。为了使发动机正常运作，必定要有大量的纯净空气吸入。如果空气中对发动机有害的物质(灰尘、胶质、氧化铝、酸化铁等)被吸入，缸筒、活塞组件会增加负担，出现异常磨损的状况，以至混入发动机机油，造成更大幅度的磨损，导致发动机性能劣化、寿命缩短。为了有效地延长汽车发动机的使用寿命，现有汽车的发动机普遍都配装有相应的滤清器，其中，滤清器主要用于滤除进入气缸的空气当中有害杂质(尤其是粉尘)，进而减少气缸、活塞、活塞环、气门及气门座的磨损。如图1所示：构成滤清器外部壳体的结构包括上壳体11与卡接在上壳体11底部的底盖12，上壳体11的外侧面设置有连接件13，底盖12的底面设置有进气管14。工人在装配时，先将过滤纸芯安装在底盖上，再外套上壳体与卡接底盖。为了保证底盖与上壳体在装配后稳定不脱落，因此设计了多个卡接部位，且卡接的所需要的力...
