大唐滨海海上升压站上部结构为四层钢结构房体,结构总高度约25m,最大截面尺寸43.2m×33.6m,结构总重达3200t。上部结构上下层之间通过立柱、次柱、斜撑进行支撑,并通过舱壁板分隔成各个功能区域。一层结构相对简单,无特定功能区域;二层最为重要,布置有主变室、GIS室、水泵房、开关室、配电室等;三层布置有柴油机房、通风机房、蓄电池室等;四层(顶层)布有一些室外天线和1台悬臂吊。钢结构将结构制作放在车间内进行,车间内设备齐全,施工环境好,且受天气影响小,能有满足正常的施工周期需要。上部模块1~4层最大截面尺寸为43.2m×33.6m,根据公司基地生产能力(结构车间门宽37m,冲砂油漆车间门宽24m),各层无法在车间内做成整体,最终通过液压平板车整体转运出车间,至少缩短半个月以上的生产周期。
