The invention discloses a lincRNA TUNAR in regulation of cerebral nerve system development application. The inventor of GEO chip from the public database of the United States NCBI, by co expression analysis, the successful prediction of long non encoding TUNAR signal pathway in the development of nervous system: molecular function is closely related to the development of nervous system and other channels, 319 genes related to TUNAR related to the prognosis of the nervous system development. RNA SEQ sequencing results further indicate that in the nervous system tissues, high expression of TUNAR and protein related to the nervous system, but also high expression, there were very significant correlation (p< 0.0001). Based on this finding, we hope to clarify the mechanism of TUNAR causing brain dysplasia, and gradually establish the molecular regulatory network of neuronal differentiation, in order to provide a theoretical basis for finding new targets for the prevention and treatment of cerebral dysplasia.
