现有的热敏打印机采用的纸张定位红外线装置一般是将发射信号灯安装至纸仓盖,待纸仓盖合紧后,红外线发射灯和接收灯在同一轴线位置。当纸仓盖开启时,红外线发射信号灯随纸仓盖开启轴旋转位移,发射信号灯用软排线FPC穿过纸仓盖旋转轴位置与主板PCBA连接。当纸仓盖闭合后,红外线信号灯位置呈在同一轴线,(标签纸市面上有分卷纸和叠纸)每张标签纸隔断位置有虚线穿透缝隙,标签热敏纸通过红外线间距之间夹层,红外线信号灯捕捉纸张缝隙位置判断标签纸张位置。现有的热敏打印机的纸张定位红外线装置存在以下问题:1)红外线信号灯安装至纸仓盖,连接至红外线信号灯电源信号软排线FPC绕行机壳下盖和纸仓盖内表面,当纸仓盖开启后,纸仓盖段软排线为外露,软排线容易发生脱落拉扯断裂的隐患。2)线材要经过纸仓盖转轴位置,此纸仓盖开启闭合极度频繁(约5~10次/天),转轴位置的线材有断裂隐患。
