A case of oil-water self expandable packer centralizer is a new type of downhole tools to improve cementing quality, including centralizer base tube, righting edge, a supporting rod, a hanging ring, a hanging rod, a spring and a fixing rubber block and floating rubber parts. The fixed glue block is inlaid on the centralizer edge, and the floating glue block is hung between the adjacent righting edges, and can move up and down along the hanging rod. When the cement slurry is injected, the floating adhesive block rises under the impact and buoyancy of the fluid, thereby opening the liquid flow passage; after stopping the injection, the floating rubber block is matched with the fixed glue block under the action of the self weight and the spring elasticity. The supporting edge is supported between the casing and the shaft wall to play the role of the centralizer casing. The fixed rubber block and the floating glue block are made from the oil and water self swelling rubber material, and expand automatically after encountering oil or water, so as to seal the stratum and prevent the interlayer channeling.
