米线是云南的一种传统食品。在米线的生产时,先将米磨成粉,将米粉调配成浆,加热熟化后,将具有一定浓度的热米浆送入挤出成型机中,通过螺旋轴的挤压、推送,将米线从挤出孔板的挤出孔中挤出,制得米线。目前,市场上的米线挤出成型机结构较为简单,其缸体为一次铸造成形的圆筒形,缸体内安装有螺旋轴,缸体两端用缸盖密封,螺旋轴两端固定安装在缸盖中心的轴孔内,在缸体一侧安装有进料口,另一侧安装有挤出头。这种米线挤出成型机在使用时,原料预先进行加热熟化,在生产过程中,其温度难于准确控制,导致挤压成形的米线质量不稳定;另外,由于挤压缸是生铁铸件,在螺旋轴的转动挤压、摩擦下,铸铁层容易磨损,磨出的细灰会掉到原料中,影响米线的卫生质量,并且铸铁层磨损后螺旋轴与缸体内壁的间隙增大,导致挤压米线原料的压力不足,影响米线的质量。
