An improved method for the synthesis of methacrylic acid, two -, and ethyl ester via transesterification with methyl methacrylate and two - amino ethanol as raw materials is developed. In this method, the normal paraffin is used as the solvent to carry methanol, and the methanol is continuously separated from the reaction system by a water separator. The process is: the reaction kettle of methyl methacrylate, two alkyl amino alcohol, alkane and a small amount of inhibitor added with water diversion device, heating to 65 to 73 DEG C, continuously separating methanol, reaction to stop without methanol from time (about 5H); cooling to room temperature, with deionized water oil washing; first steamed out methyl methacrylate n-alkanes, unreacted amino alkyl and two ethanol, and then distilled out of products. The invention has the advantages that the esterification equipment is simple and the reaction temperature is reduced obviously compared with the conventional distillation of methanol, so that the polymerization of methyl methacrylate and the product can be effectively prevented.
