同向流斜板气浮滤池制造技术

中，沉淀和过滤是两个独立的构筑物，即沉淀池和滤池。沉淀技术目前采用沉淀池、澄清池和气浮池几种形式。最早的气浮池只有单一气浮这种形式，因此，要求进水的悬浮物含量一般不能超过50mg/L。为了适应进水中悬浮物超过50mg/L这一情况，近期出现了与同向流斜板或向上流斜管(斜板)组合的气浮池形式。但现有与同向流斜板组合的气浮池，其同向流斜板置于气浮池中，经同向流斜板沉淀后的上清液与沉淀在斜板上的泥不是分别从两个出口排出，而是混在一起从同一个出口排出，上清液与沉泥部分混掺，降低了同向流斜板的沉淀效率。单一气浮池在底部设置清水收集系统，均匀收集经气浮池处理过的清水。
