一种低温低压制备ALN粉体的方法,其特征在于:1)首先将铝粉与氟化铵粉体按2∶1-4∶1的质量比混合,然后再加入混合物质量1%-3%的Dy↓[2]O↓[3]、La↓[2]O↓[3]、Y↓[2]O↓[3]、Nb粉和CeO↓[2]中的一 种或几种混合均匀;2)将混合均匀的粉体在5-15Mp下压制成预制坯体;3)将坯体放入通有氮气的烧结炉内进行自蔓延合成反应,氮气压力<1.0MPa,流速80L/h-120L/h,烧结炉的温度为600℃-950℃,保温时间10m in-40min;4)保温结束后,自然冷却到室温即可得到纳米AlN粉体。
