The invention discloses a method for preparing SiC base type composite ceramic by using paper as raw material and pressureless sintering in situ reaction. It is the first paper products will cut into a certain size, soaking in phenolic resin, dry lamination, static pressure, and then drying the pre forming process, then the carbonization and infiltration of silicon, silicon slice prepared SiC base laminated composite ceramic. This method does not require sintering, can significantly reduce manufacturing cost and save resources and protect the environment, ceramic products, made of SiC based layered composite ceramics prepared excellent performance, large ceramic components can be used for manufacturing complex shape, corrosion, wear and high temperature environment.

一种SiC/BN层状复合陶瓷的制备方法,其特征是,包括下述步骤:a.预成型:将纸制品剪裁成长方形,在酚醛树脂中浸泡15~30min取出晾干,在每张浸有树脂的纸张表面刷涂BN悬浊液,然后晾干叠层,静压5~10h后得到成型试样,在100 ~110℃下经6~10h烘干;b.炭化:将预成型试样置于炭管炉内,在N↓[2]气保护下,以1℃/min的升温速度加热至800℃,保温10~30min;c.渗硅:在石墨坩埚中放入工业硅粒,将碳化后的试样平置于硅上,然后将坩埚放 入真空电阻炉中,抽真空并以6℃/min升温速度加热到800℃后停止抽真空,再通入N↓[2]气并以3℃/min升温速度继续加热至1540~1560℃,保温30~60min;d.排硅:保温后再次抽真空,并升温至1650℃~1680℃,保 温10~20min,冷却后即制得SiC/BN层状复合陶瓷。
