本发明专利技术公开了一种含铅硒化物玻璃及其制备方法,由GeSe↓[2],As↓[2]Se↓[3],和PbSe组成,其中:GeSe↓[2]的摩尔含量为0~100%,As↓[2]Se↓[3]的摩尔含量为0~100%,PbSe的摩尔含量为0~50%。本发明专利技术的含铅硒化物玻璃,较之于传统的硫化物玻璃,硒化物玻璃具有更大的质量和更强的共价性,因而具有更长的红外截止波长。砷的引入显著改善了玻璃的热稳定性,适当调整玻璃组成,可以得到高热稳定性较高的玻璃,甚至DSC测试表现为无析晶峰出现。本发明专利技术的含铅硒化物玻璃,成玻性能好,加工简单,在红外、光电子、半导体材料等在许多方面具有重要的实际应用。
