An earphone microphone is composed of a main unit and an insertion part formed in L shape. Two receiver connected to the outer surface of the main unit and exposed to the ear of the user, and a receiver attached to the user's ear canal inserted into the insertion part of the end user, and placed with the opposite position of the tympanic membrane. The signal processor generates a differential signal between two output signals that are exposed to the receiver outside the user's ear. The differential signal passes through high pass filtering and then accumulates to the output signal of the receiver placed inside the outdoor ear canal, thereby producing an acoustic signal representing the user's voice. The sound signal includes a sufficient number of frequency components (for example, a frequency component higher than 3kHz) necessary to distinguish the user's voice.
