通信控制方法、无线控制单元、用户终端及核心网控制器技术

本申请公开了一种通信控制方法、无线控制单元、用户终端及核心网控制器，其中，通信控制方法应用于RCU，该方法包括：确定用户终端离开第一协议层状态时的第二协议层状态；发送所述第二协议层状态的第一指示信息给所述用户终端，所述第一指示信息用于指示所述用户终端处于所述第二协议层状态时进行相应操作,使得所述用户终端在处于所述第二协议层状态时基于所述第一指示信息进行相应操作。由此，本申请为了避免用户终端直接进入RRC空闲态所引起的信令开销和减少用户终端重新接入连接态的时延，通过在用户终端引入新的协议层状态，并指示用户终端在新的协议层状态下进行相应的操作，进而能够实时恢复到连接态，达到永久在线的体验。

Communication Control Method, Wireless Control Unit, User Terminal and Core Network Controller

This application discloses a communication control method, a wireless control unit, a user terminal and a core network controller, in which the communication control method is applied to RCU. The method includes: determining the second protocol layer state when the user terminal leaves the first protocol layer state; sending the first indication information of the second protocol layer state to the user terminal, and the first indication information is used to refer to the user terminal. When the user terminal is in the state of the second protocol layer, the corresponding operation is performed so that the user terminal performs the corresponding operation based on the first instruction information when it is in the state of the second protocol layer. Therefore, in order to avoid the signaling overhead caused by the user terminal entering RRC idle state directly and reduce the delay of the user terminal re-accessing connection state, this application introduces a new protocol layer state into the user terminal and instructs the user terminal to perform corresponding operations in the new protocol layer state, thus enabling the user terminal to restore the connection state in real time and achieve a permanent online experience.
