一种信息传输装置、方法以及通信系统。所述信息传输方法包括：接收发送端使用免调度方式发送的包含数据的传输信息；其中发送端的标识信息被显式地或隐式地承载在传输信息中；对传输信息进行解调和校验，并确定是否正确地获得数据以及发送端的标识信息；使用发送端的标识信息或者DM‑RS的序列信息，向发送端反馈包含ACK/NACK的控制信息。由此，在进行免调度传输时，接收端即使不能正确地获得发送端传输的数据，也能基于发送端的标识信息或者DM‑RS的序列信息反馈NACK信息，能够在免调度传输的情况下实现高效的数据重传。
