The invention discloses a motor (100), which comprises a motor body (10), a cover (40), a base (60) and an electronic governor (80). The motor body (10) includes a base (12), a stator (14) fixed on the base (12), and a rotor (16) covered outside the stator (14) and the base (12). The rotor (16) comprises an opposite first end (166) and a second end (168), and the base (12) is located at the first end (166). The cover body (40) is combined with the base (12) and the first end (166) is covered. The base (60) is combined with the cover (40) and forms a receiving chamber (61) together with the cover (40). The base (60) and the motor body (10) are located on both sides opposite to the cover (40), respectively. The electronic governor (80) is mounted on the base (60) and stored in the receiving chamber (61), and the motor body (10) is electrically connected with the electronic governor (80) through a conductor (82). A power package, a power unit (300) and an unmanned aerial vehicle (500) are also provided.
