The invention provides a continuous tubing wall thickness on-line measurement probe based on pulse ACFM, which comprises a continuous tubing, a trolley, a detection probe, a spring, a connecting device and a fixing device. The detection probe is installed in the groove of the trolley to minimize the lift-off distance between the detection probe and the continuous tubing and improve the measurement effect. The trolley contacts the wheel and the working coiled tubing to avoid the wear of the probe. The spring is pressed on the detection probe to ensure that the lift-off distance between the detection probe and the continuous tubing remains unchanged, thus solving the conventional fixed electromagnetic problem. The problem of inaccurate measurement data of the detection probe is that multiple detection probes are distributed on the coiled tubing. One scan reflects the thinning of the wall thickness of the whole tubing. The detection efficiency is high. Inside the detection probe, there are excitation coils, magnetic cores and magnetic field sensors. Pulse signals are loaded into the excitation coils to measure the wall thickness according to the different attenuation of the magnetic field on the tubing. The measurement process is simple and accurate. High, no coupling agent is needed.

技术实现思路
本专利技术目的是针对现有技术的不足,把脉冲交流电磁场检测技术(ACFM)运用到连续油管壁厚的在线测量上,借助U型磁芯在连续油管上感应出均匀的电场,不同的壁厚对脉冲信号的响应不同,用磁场传感器拾取空间中的磁场信号,进而计算出连续油管的壁厚,测量过程简单,不需要耦合;针对连续油管椭圆度变化影响壁厚测量精度和磨损检测探头的不足,将常规的固定式探头改为随动式探头,保证检测探头和被测连续油管提离距离不变,并且避免了连续油管对于检测探头的磨损,实现了连续油管壁厚的在线精确测量;连续油管周向上均布多个检测探头,由于壁厚减薄一般为面积腐蚀,一次扫查反映整个连续油管一周的壁厚减薄情况。本申请实施例提供一种基于脉冲ACFM的连续油管壁厚在线测量探头, ...
