同步方法及设备技术

本申请实施例提供一种同步方法及设备，该方法包括：第一终端在同步子帧中确定目标子帧，同步子帧用于发送第一同步子帧信号，第一终端在目标子帧不发送第一同步子帧信号；第一终端在目标子帧，接收第二终端发送的第二同步子帧信号。本申请实施例通过终端从周期性的同步子帧中确定出目标子帧，并在该目标子帧不发送同步子帧信号，而是接收其他终端发送的同步子帧信号，使得该终端能够通过其他终端发送的同步子帧信号更新自己的同步子帧信号，保证该目标子帧之后，该终端和其他终端发送的同步子帧信号相同，避免接收端在同一同步子帧接收到两个不同的同步子帧信号而无法正确解析信号，从而避免了同步子帧冲突。
