一种信息处理方法及终端设备，该方法应用于终端设备，包括：根据下行DL传输长度对DL载波单元CC分组；根据分组后的DL CC通过上行UL CC发送UCI，UCI是分组后的DL CC对应的UCI，DL CC中存在至少一组DL CC组内的传输长度均相同。本发明专利技术实施例，可以降低信息的传输时延。
