The embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission method and device. The method includes: the base station obtains at least one CCA detection threshold, determines the detection threshold of this CCA from the at least one CCA detection threshold, determines the transmission power of the data to be transmitted according to the detection threshold of this CCA, and transmits the data to the target terminal according to the transmission power. Flexible selection of CCA detection threshold and adaptive adjustment of transmission power are realized, which improves the probability of space division multiplexing and the efficiency of spectrum utilization, thus improving system capacity and avoiding interference between systems.
