本申请实施例提供了一种信号发送的方法、终端设备和网络设备。该方法包括终端设备采用多个波束发送第一信号，该第一信号用于网络设备在该多个波束中确定目标波束；该终端设备接收该网络设备发送的通知消息，该通知消息用于通知该终端设备该网络设备确定的该目标波束；该终端设备采用该目标波束发送第二信号。本申请实施例中终端设备通过采用多个波束发送第一信号使得网络设备为终端设备确定赋形增益较好的目标波束传输第二信号，从而提高了信号传输的质量。

The embodiment of this application provides a method of signal transmission, a terminal device and a network device. The method includes that the terminal device transmits a first signal using multiple beams, which is used by the network device to determine the target beam in the multiple beams; the terminal device receives a notification message sent by the network device to notify the terminal device of the target beam determined by the network device; and the terminal device transmits a second signal using the target beam. In the embodiment of this application, the terminal device transmits the second signal by using multiple beams to make the network device determine the target beam with better shape gain for the terminal device, thereby improving the quality of signal transmission.
