The piston part (8) slides inside the cylinder part (6); the trigger (9) rotates and causes the piston part (8) to move in the front and rear directions; and the spring part (13) is reset to reset the trigger (9); the S valve (10) is installed on the passageway of the main body (3); and the pressing spring part (11) presses the pressure valve in the direction of the closed valve, and the pressure accumulating spray device is communicated with the piston valve (6). By rotating the trigger (9) and ejecting the liquid, a liquid passage (12) connecting the base (2) and the main body (3) is formed between the base (2) and the main body (3), through which the liquid passage (12) and the guide pipe (4), the liquid located between the pressure storage valve and the base (2) is recovered into the container.
