An information transmission method and a site and an access point include: a site STA receives a physical head PHY Header in the wake-up radio frequency protocol data unit WUR PPDU sent by the access point AP through the first communication interface of the STA, and the PHY Header includes instructional information. The WUR PPDU includes the PHY Header and the wake-up radio frequency payload WUR Payload, which is carried by the WUR Payload. The wake-up radio frequency information with the target device to be transmitted to the target device refers to the target receiving STA of the WUR PPDU; the STA judges whether the WUR Payload will continue to be received and/or parsed through the first communication interface or the second communication interface mentioned by the STA according to the instruction information; and if not, the STA determines that the WUR Payload will not pass through the first communication interface or the second communication interface of the STA. Continue to receive and/or parse the WUR Payload. The embodiment of the present invention can judge whether STA needs to receive and/or parse the WUR Payload through the instruction information of PHY Header in WUR PPDU, thus achieving the purpose of power saving for non-target devices.
