一种信息传输方法及站点、接入点,其中的方法包括:站点STA通过所述STA的第一通信接口接收接入点AP发送的唤醒射频的协议数据单元WUR PPDU中的物理头PHY Header,所述PHY Header包括指示信息,所述WUR PPDU包括所述PHY Header和唤醒射频载荷WUR Payload,所述WUR Payload携带待发送给目标设备的唤醒射频信息,所述目标设备是指所述WUR PPDU的目标接收STA;所述STA根据所述指示信息判断是否通过所述STA的所述第一通信接口或第二通信接口继续接收和/或解析所述WUR Payload;若否,所述STA确定不通过所述STA的第一通信接口或第二通信接口继续接收和/或解析所述WUR Payload。本发明专利技术实施例可通过WUR PPDU中PHY Header的指示信息判断STA是否需要接收和/或解析所述WUR Payload,从而达到非目标设备的省电目的。
