The invention belongs to the field of optical fiber sensing technology, in particular to a graphene-enhanced tilted fiber grating leak mode resonance sensor and its detection system with excellent characteristics such as high sensitivity, high measurement accuracy and fast response speed for small changes of low refractive index objects to be measured, including light source, polarization controller, sample pool to be measured, tilted fiber grating and spectral analyzer. The fiber grating includes a core and a cladding, in which an inclined grating with an inclination angle of 6-10 degrees is inscribed. The cladding surface of the inclined grating area is coated with graphene, and the two ends of the graphene are coated with metal film electrodes. By changing the voltage on the metal electrode, the photoelectric characteristics of graphene can be dynamically adjusted to enhance the leakage mode resonance of tilted fiber grating. Leakage mode resonance has better sensing characteristics than the existing resonance technology. Especially for the small change of the material to be measured in the low refractive index region, the leakage mode resonance shows higher sensing sensitivity and precision.
