一种频带处理方法及装置，该方法包括：基站获取终端的CA能力信息(S701)；基站根据CA能力信息，确定将终端的接入频带从主频带切换到从频带(S702)；基站向所述终端发送切换指示，该切换指示用于指示终端将接入频带从主频带切换到从频带(S703)。该方法实现了切换后终端可以得到更优的频带组合、获得更好的CA效果，进而可以得到更大的带宽，提高用户体验。

A frequency band processing method and device includes: the base station obtains the CA capability information of the terminal (S701); the base station determines to switch the access band of the terminal from the main band to the slave band (S702) according to the CA capability information; and the base station sends a handover instruction to the terminal, which is used to instruct the terminal to switch the access band from the main band to the slave band (S703). This method realizes that after handover, the terminal can get better bandwidth combination and better CA effect, and then can get larger bandwidth and improve user experience.
