A semi-rigid joint of an assembled steel structure includes I-shaped steel column, which is connected by a high-strength bolt and one side of two channel steels. Two channel steels are positioned relative to each other to form an orifice shape. The other side of the two channel steels is connected by two fasteners and I-shaped steel beams through high-strength bolts. The fasteners are welded by channel steels and steel plates. Made of prefabricated composite joints, all components are processed in the project, and after transported to the construction site, they can be assembled and connected in the construction site, which reduces the on-site welding work and improves the construction efficiency. I-shaped steel columns and I-shaped steel beams are connected by channel steel, which overcomes the I-shaped steel to a large extent. Brittle failure and stress concentration are caused by the direct contact between beam and I-shaped steel column, which improves the rotation, deformation and bending resistance of joints. The connection between channel steel and I-shaped steel beam can form a zigzag shape between two channel steel, which can facilitate pipeline to pass through fasteners and reduce pipeline cost.

随着近几年经济的发展,钢结构在国内有了很大程度上的发展。相比较于传统混凝土来说,这种结构具有重量轻、延性大,抗震性能好以及施工速度快等优点而得到了广泛的应用。节点设计在钢结构的设计中具有很重要的地位,通常钢结构的节点连接采用的是刚性连接或者铰性连接。铰性连接构造简单,适用于受力较小的情况下,其特点是在节点处能够自由转动,传递节点的竖向剪力,但不能传递弯矩。而对于刚性连接来说,省工省时使得材料能够充分利用,结构的整体性较好,在受力较大时,钢柱不只承受竖向剪力,还要承受弯矩。虽然刚性连接和铰性连接在很大程度上对分析和设计进行了简化,但实际情况节点的连接处于刚性连接和铰性连接之间。刚性连接延性大,产生较大的焊接残余变形和严重的残余应力或应力集中,容易发生脆性破坏,而铰性连接达不到“强节点,弱构件”的要求,浪费材料且不安全。通过大量实验和数据表明,处于刚接节点和铰接节点之中的半刚性节点,具有较强的抗弯刚度,转动能力和变形能力,能够延长结构的自振周期。因此研究钢结构的半刚性节点的新形式,实现节点的延性就显得尤为重要。目前的半刚性节点一般为端板螺栓连接,在施工时需要将端板与梁端进行焊接,因而焊接质量将严重影响到节点的承载能力。
